Hi, I’m Janice. I combine massage, energy healing, body wraps, and sound healing (sometimes called a sound bath) in Woodbridge, VA, helping your body and nervous system relax, restore, and feel balanced.
Every session is uniquely tailored to you. Because this is your time for healing, you are in control of the environment: you pick the music, you pick the lighting, you pick the temperature of the table. You choose the therapies and the exact combinations you need in the moment.
My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel cared for and restored. My work is deeply inspired by my own journey with healing, and I am here to hold that space for yours.

This is your time, and you're in control. Your session is guided by what your body needs in the moment. You can choose the therapies, adjust the table temperature, select your music, and set the lighting so the space feels exactly right for you.
A Personalized Session
My studio is fully accessible, with handicap parking, an accessible bathroom, and an adjustable-height massage table to make getting on and off the table easy and comfortable for everyone.
Easily Accessible
To get the most of your session, I recommend wearing comfortable clothing and staying well-hydrated. Arriving 5-10 minutes early allows you to settle in, breathe, and begin your transition into a state of relaxation.
