Hi!  My journey into healing work was inspired by my own life experiences, including overcoming two battles with cancer and recovering from a serious car accident. These challenges deepened my appreciation for the body's ability to heal and guided me towards helping others find comfort and balance in their own lives.

In 2010, I opened Massages By Janice after completing training in massage therapy.  As I worked with clients, I witnessed the profound effects of Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Reiki, and felt called to expand my training in these gentle yet transformative modalities.

​​Today, I focus my practice on CST and Reiki, therapies that support the body's natural ability to heal, restore, and rebalance. I continue to be amazed by the peace and renewal they bring to both body and spirit.

To complement this work, I also offer nurturing add-on services such as sound baths, hydrating body wraps, paraffin dips, and massage. Each session is designed to ease tension and create a deep sense of relaxation.

My hope is that every person who walks through my door feels safe, supported, and surrounded by a calming space where true healing can unfold.

My studio is wheelchair accessible and my table is adjustable to better accommodate people with disabilities.
